Якщо немає доступу до сервера пишіть в підтримку хостингу, якщо не можете написати в підтримку то сервер не ваш а відповідно буде кримінальна відповідальність

Замовник 100 % хоче змінити дані в Резерв Плюс від ЗСУ просто в замовленні прямо цього не пише щоб не заблокували так як попереднє.
Хоча і це скоро заблокують
