    The goal was to convey the atmosphere of a modest, time-worn living space — with faded wallpaper, peeling ceiling, and simple furniture. Details such as a kettle, an old table with a floral tablecloth, clothes drying on a line, and sunlight filtering through a dusty window help bring the scene to life.

    … I focused on creating a believable mood through lighting and texturing: strong sunlight from the window casts dramatic shadows on the floor and highlights the contrast between warmth and decay.

    Modeling was done in Maya, texturing in Substance Painter, rendering in Marmoset Toolbag.
