The problem with the phrase "all man," which you may not have understood, lies in your attitude towards the female gender.
Scenario: *I'm on the street, someone is following me and whistling at me, and you stand there and quietly watch.*

Your silence in this situation equals your inaction.
*You see your woman as an object, as a thing that you own.*

It all starts with small things. If you have a clear conscience, it shouldn't affect you in any way, it should even make you angry. But anger, only because in our world women are not respected. (this is the only anger that such situations should evoke in you.)
Please do not take things personally that do not concern you, if you are not "all man," show it. Show that you are on our side, do not be indifferent.
P.s. Not all the situations listed happened to me, but they happened to people I know.
