Appointment Setter / Inbound Sales Manager (English, Canada market)

I am looking for an English-speaking specialist to work with incoming leads for a business that provides cleaning and construction services in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

We are already receiving leads from platforms like Bark, and I need a reliable person who can promptly contact potential clients, clarify their needs, present our services, state the cost, and bring the communication to a confirmed order.

Responsibilities:

• call incoming leads provided by the business;

• communicate with clients in English;

• determine the client's needs and details of the required service;

• present service options and state the cost;

• handle basic objections;

• agree on the date, time, frequency, and other details of the order;

• confirm bookings and keep track of lead statuses;

• if necessary, communicate with clients also in chat.

Format:

• remote work;

• part-time at the start;

• estimated workload: 3–4 hours per day;

• working hours are oriented to the Halifax, Canada time zone;

• preference will be given to those interested in long-term cooperation.

Requirements:

• proven experience in sales, appointment setting, client communication, or handling incoming leads;

• English language at B2 level or higher;

• confidence in phone communication;

• ability to communicate clearly, politely, and persuasively;

• ability to work independently and focus on results;

• stable high-speed internet;

• reliable conditions for remote work from home.

• experience in the field of cleaning, home services, repairs, or local services;

• experience working with CRM systems or lead tracking;

• ability to work with both calls and written communication.

Payment: 10% of the cost of services ordered by the client for the first order and 3% for each subsequent order.

At the initial stage, the volume of tasks will be limited. If the cooperation is effective, responsibilities may be expanded, and income increased.

This role is suitable for a person who feels comfortable in active communication, enjoys interacting with clients, and can convert a lead from the first contact to a confirmed order.
