Project Manager Assistant (Russian and English languages)
Our studio specializes in creating scientific and medical illustrations and animations for researchers. We are looking for project manager assistant (English and Russian languages) to help manage projects and communication between our clients, project managers, and designers.
Main responsibilities:
- Communication with clients: Be the first point of contact with clients, providing prompt responses and coordination with project managers.
- Quotes and invoices: Preparing and sending invoices to clients
- Project management: Assisting in monitoring project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all materials through coordination between clients, project managers, and designers.
- Social media interaction: Responding to messages on our social media platforms and assisting in managing client interactions.
- CRM management: Using our CRM system to track client data, interactions, and project statuses.
- Meeting organization: Organizing and scheduling meetings between clients, project managers, and designers to ensure clear communication and timely project updates.
- Client interaction: Occasionally communicating with clients to provide updates or clarify project details, followed by passing the information to project managers and designers.
Our expectations:
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex ideas simply and effectively coordinate interactions between teams.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and social media platforms.
- Proactive, team-oriented position with a focus on meeting deadlines.
