Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team on freelance basis.
You will lead and own the process of discovering and delivering solutions to integrate or enhance our client’s e-commerce order management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and develop functional specifications and system design specifications.
- Own and manage the project, estimation, deliverables, and budgets.
- Manage resources following project schedules.
- Manage customer expectations effectively.
- Lead testing and quality assurance.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved promptly.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to engineering and customer services teams.
Successful candidates should have:
- 4+ years of experience in gathering requirements and business/systems analysis.
- Understanding web application programming, database, and system design.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Planning and managing projects to budget and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance and testing.
- Generating process documentation.
- Technical writing.
- Solid written and spoken English.
