Problem Statement:
In the current client acquisition process, after a potential client leaves their information in an advertisement (web form, landing page, etc.), there is no automatic mechanism for immediate contact with these clients. This causes delays in follow-up, which can lead to lost sales opportunities and decreased customer satisfaction.

Solution:
Development and implementation of an automated bot that will immediately contact clients after they leave their information in an advertisement. This bot should be able to:
Receive and process client information:
Collect client information (name, email, phone number, etc.) from the capture form.
Secure and structured storage of information.
Automatic call and immediate contact:
Escalation to a human agent as soon as the client leaves their information.
Integration with existing tools:
Integration of the bot with existing CRM tools for effective follow-up and client management.
Providing reports and analysis on response rates and message effectiveness.
Security and compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for privacy and data protection.
Timeline:
Project start: 1 August 2024
Analysis and design phase: 1-7 August 2024
Development and testing: 8-21 August 2024
Integration and deployment: 22-28 August 2024
Final delivery: 29 August 2024
The project must be fully completed and operational by 29 August 2024, allowing sufficient time for thorough testing and final adjustments.
Additionally:
It is necessary to implement a predictive dialer tool.
Goal:
The bot should access the database at least three times a day at different times until it contacts the potential client. The goal is for consultants not to dial numbers manually but only to answer calls. The predictive dialer should automatically make calls, limited to a maximum of three to four attempts per day using different number masks.
Target State (PVF):
Increase the frequency of successful calls and the number of contacts with clients
Increase the number of presentations conducted
Situation:
We have implemented SKOROZVON, but the tool is not functioning properly due to the incompetence of our consultants and their lack of knowledge on how to configure it.
Issues with SK:
Calling the same client ten times an hour, leading to "burnout" of clients and decreasing their interest in the company, creating a negative impression.
Duplication of tasks in the client card after a call (presumably due to incorrect tool configuration).
