Custom PCB board design
Concept:
Use Raspberry PI5 Computer Module (example), create a custom motherboard.
On which it is necessary to place peripheral devices
DC-DC converter (input voltage up to 36V, output 5 volts current 5A)
2x Ethernet ports (two 4-pin connectors)
1x HDMI out (MICRO HDMI connector)
2x USB 3.0 TYPE C
Places for installing 2 video converters (currently using)(connection to USB ports, input analog video signal)
Place for installing ESP32 (USB connection to CM RPI5 contact pads for connecting to two UART ports, ability to connect via USB for flashing, 4-pin connector for connecting USB cable adapter)
Hardware codec h.265 (if possible)
Organization of analog video output (either contact pad, if there is composite video on CM RPI5 or a place for installing HDMI to AV video converter)

Приветствую. Правильно ли я понял, на размере платы Raspberry pi нужно разместить все компоненты, которые Вы описали?
Для справки: Raspberry очень плотная и на ней много может поместиться, за счёт многослойного монтажа компонентов. Там 3 или более слоёв текстолита.
