We are looking for a developer or a team to implement an AI sales manager in Bitrix24 based on OpenAI / ChatGPT.
Important: we need a contractor who already has experience with similar developments: Bitrix24 + OpenAI / ChatGPT + open lines + CRM. We do not consider performers who will "learn on the project." It is preferable to have ready-made solutions, project examples, and recommendations from other business owners.
About the project - We have a service for international purchasing and delivery of goods from foreign stores. Bitrix24 is cloud-based, Professional tariff.
Main application channels:
— Avito;
— WhatsApp;
— Telegram;
— MAX;
— Instagram;
— website chat;
— email;
— VKontakte;
— Odnoklassniki.
In Bitrix24, funnels are already set up:
Incoming leads and sales.
Logistics / questions about parcels.
Regular customers.
Marketing / cold leads.
What needs to be done - We need to implement an AI manager that can:
— consult clients in open lines;
— answer frequently asked questions;
— calculate preliminary delivery costs, commissions, and shipping rates;
— collect client data: country of purchase, product link, delivery city, weight, dimensions, budget, and a number of other tasks that are outlined in our technical specifications for the developer.
All accesses, accounts, subscriptions, server, OpenAI API, Bitrix24 webhooks, code repository, and knowledge base must be registered in our name!
After the work is completed, the contractor must transfer:
— source code;
— repository;
— architecture diagram;
— instructions for setting up Bitrix24 and OpenAI;
— instructions for updating the knowledge base;
— instructions for disabling AI;
— instructions for managers;
— documentation for future developers.
It is important for us that the system does not depend entirely on one contractor. Requirements for the contractor - We need a specialist who:
— has already worked with Bitrix24 + OpenAI / ChatGPT;
— understands open lines in Bitrix24, CRM, webhooks, REST API, tasks, and bots;
— can show similar projects;
— can provide recommendations from clients / business owners;
— has ready-made solutions or code that can be adapted;
— understands sales business processes;
— proactively suggests how to best implement the project, rather than just waiting for a ready-made technical specification or, worse, responding with "I'll do it as you want";
— can warn about risks;
— is ready to support the project after launch on a subscription basis. We do not make calls if you do not meet these requirements and have similar experience.
If the developer cannot propose an architecture and does not provide professional recommendations for implementation, such a performer is not suitable for us. A warranty period for error correction is needed. You can request our technical specifications in advance to estimate the development budget.
After launch, technical support is also needed:
— error correction;
— consultations;
— log checking;
— knowledge base updates;
— scenario refinement;
— assistance during OpenAI / Bitrix24 failures;
— training for the owner and team.
