Improve the program for the machine
There is ready code for Arduino Atmega328 for a machine that cuts ribbon. It was written earlier
The feeding roller is a stepper motor, it measures the length that needs to be cut. Control is through the TB6600 driver
The blade operates from a 220 Volt motor (controlled by a solid-state relay). A Hall sensor is placed on the blade at the lowest point.
What is required:
- Hang the knife sensor on an interrupt
- Introduce step loss correction for the stepper motor via the opto sensor.
- Introduce step correction for the stepper motor via the opto sensor. At the beginning of the material cut, the roll is heavy and the stepper motor cannot always push the material under the knife, which causes variations in the dimensions of the finished product.
- Add the opto sensor itself, also hang it on an interrupt. The sensor used is KY-033 on TCRT5000. Digital output.
- Add an LCD1602 i2c display for outputting information (Set cut length, amount of material cut, operational status)
- Set the cut length with buttons (increase, decrease, confirm)
- Start, stop button
- Add a mode for alternating cuts, two cut lengths are set

.Я не знаю что у Вас за материал, если конечно точность не так важна, то можно и датчиком дотянул до края ок , нет продолжаем крутить,
