I am starting a Shopify store from scratch that sends gifts for every occasion – from birthdays to baby showers. I need someone who will comprehensively build and launch my Google Ads campaign.
What is key for me:
• The main goal is to increase sales – I care about direct transactions, not just traffic or leads.
• We focus on the Google search engine; I am interested in precisely reaching people actively looking for gift ideas.
The scope of tasks I expect:
1. Setting up and fully configuring a Google Ads account along with linking to Google Merchant Center (if you believe that product campaigns can support search).
2. Implementing Google Consent Mode v2 on Shopify and clearly setting up tags and conversions to ensure sales reporting complies with privacy requirements.
3. Campaign structure in the search network (keywords, ad groups, extensions, exclusion lists) with an emphasis on purchase phrases like “birthday gift,” “helium balloons.”
4. Optimizing bids and starting budgets, as well as preparing a simple scaling plan after the initial results.
5. A brief summary showing what has been implemented and how I can track the effects in the panel.
6. Remarketing
Preferred:
– experience with e-commerce shipping campaigns,
– practical knowledge of automated bidding strategies,
– ideas for quickly testing ad variants using my ready-made creatives.
