Google ads for a legal campaign in Poland
Current situation:
- Advertising launched in Google Ads for landing pages and quizzes
- The result is unsatisfactory — high cost per lead / low quality of applications (diagnosis needed)
- External audit needed + further management or consultations
Task:
- Conduct an audit of the current advertising campaign (structure, semantics, bids, ads, extensions, conversion settings, landing pages from a PPC perspective)
- Provide specific recommendations for improving CPL and application quality
- Propose a strategy: campaign structure, types of campaigns (Search/PMax/Display), segmentation by geo and intent
- (Optionally) take over the campaign for management/optimization after agreeing on recommendations
Requirements for the performer:
- Proven experience specifically in legal services for businesses (company registration, accounting, corporate services) — not general PPC experience
- Experience specifically with the Polish market or the EU market with similar specifics (important understanding of the legal/accounting vertical — high ticket, long decision-making cycle, specifics of "trust" in this niche)
- Mandatory: real cases with numbers (CPL, conversion to application/client, budget volume) — without cases we do not consider
- Understanding of working with quizzes/landing pages as an entry point for lead generation

- Access to the Google Ads account
- Access to landing pages/quizzes
- Data on current leads and conversion to sales (CRM)
- Brief on the product and target audience
Collaboration format:
- Start: one-time audit + recommendations (fixed)
- Further: possible transition to monthly management
