Project Description:
I am creating a professional real estate book built around the strategic value of exclusivity, ethical behavior of agents, market structure, and client psychology. This is not a typical sales manual — it is a roadmap for modernizing the agent profession in fragmented or lightly regulated markets such as Cyprus, Greece, and Eastern Europe.
What has already been done:
This is a full-fledged and active project — I am not starting from scratch. Already prepared:
✅ Finalized substantive content of the book: 27 chapters grouped into 7 key thematic parts
✅ Structured chapter matrix: goals, tone, tools for each chapter
✅ Hundreds of theses and points developed through workshops and research
✅ 20+ original concepts, metaphors, or visual inserts in comic style
✅ Complete model for handling psychological objections, tested in work with property owners
✅ Ready material on MLS systems, ethics, rental strategies, buyer behavior, and the role of the agent
✅ Defined professional style, tone, and narrative voice
Key requirements:
🔒 Uniqueness and absence of plagiarism are mandatory conditions.
All texts must pass plagiarism checks and be written from scratch. Rewriting or modifying existing texts, as well as generating full chapters solely with AI — are not allowed. Where possible, — manual writing with minimal AI use is preferred.
📚 References to scientific or practical sources (e.g., academic articles, research) are welcome — this will add scientific and practical depth to the chapters.
✍ Copyright remains fully with the client.
All materials created within the project are work for hire. Authorship or co-authorship by the freelancer is not permitted. Participation in the project is only possible with full agreement to this point.
