Динамично развивающаяся компания в сфере IT услуг ищет менеджера по продажам (холодные звонки, базу предоставляем).
Кто нам нужен?
Нам нужен человек, который готов совершать звонки по базе организаций по специальному сценарию (скрипту), с целью назначения встречи, при этом был доброжелательным и умел подстраиваться под клиента.
Опыт работы:
Опыт работы в данной сфере не обязателен, но желателен.
В обязательном порядке, перед началом работы проводится бесплатное обучение (1−2 дня) и в дальнейшем оно не заканчивается. Мы заинтересованы в том, чтобы вы звонили с максимальной конверсией, а не выжигали клиентскую базу.
Требования к соискателю:
Желание работать и зарабатывать
Желание «прокачивать в себе навык телефонных продаж», а так же доброжелательность
Исполнительность и пунктуальность
График работы: от 4 до 8 часов в день, от 3 до 5 дней в неделю. Жестких требований нет, по графику договариваемся во время собеседования, для нас важен результат.
Обязанности:
- поиск новых клиентов
- продажа услуг
- холодные продажи/звонки по телефону (базу предоставляем)
Условия:
- заработная плата: только % от продаж
- перспективы карьерного роста (оклад + % от продаж)
