I see here not just a button to Write in Viber, but a proper part of the internal CRM - sending from the subscriber card, receiving responses, linking by number, message log, templates, manager rights, and a technical layer for the API provider. In short - it can be done so that managers work in the familiar BAS, without unnecessary external systems =)

To start, we need access to a test or copy of the working BAS database, a description of your custom configuration, the chosen Viber Business provider or 2-3 options for approval, as well as an understanding of where the webhook will be hosted - on your server or a separate intermediary service.
