Job essence: There is a sketch project of a one-story house (140 sq.m) in pdf and dwg. The wall technology (frame) has been chosen and the dimensions have been changed. The layout of non-load-bearing walls has been modified in SketchUp. The layout and concept have been approved. A professional draftsman is required to transfer the project to AutoCAD (2D) with "clean" lines from scratch, correct geometric inaccuracies, and prepare drawings for builders. Important subtask (Normalization of dimensions): The project in SketchUp was created during the creative stage, so there are inaccuracies (for example, cabinets 603 mm, openings 815 mm). The contractor needs to independently round and normalize all dimensions according to construction and furniture standards (door openings strictly according to the specifications, kitchen bases 600/450/300 mm, walls without random distortions in millimeters). What needs to be done in the basic (all 5 points) version of the project: 1. Foundation plan (new dimensions) with the edges of the formwork 2. Plan for load-bearing walls without furniture (there will be a frame): taking into account the thickness of the "layers" of the walls (data will be provided). We will look at this intermediate result, and if the quality is satisfactory, we will proceed further. 3. Plan for all walls without furniture. Clear dimension chains (axes, openings, piers) + table with room areas 4. Plan with furniture and plumbing layout: all furniture and plumbing must be placed on a separate layer so that they can be turned off with one button. Furniture should be tied to standard dimensions. 5. Foundation plan (top view) with embedded elements - executive sheet for builders. Exact linear ties (coordinates) of the points for the drainage pipes and embedded sleeves relative to the corners of the foundation/axes. Payment and stage conditions (Important!): Stage 1 (Fixed price): Creation of a basic clean version of DWG based on my source materials with normalization of dimensions (as described above). Stage 2 (Time & Material / Hourly payment): After the delivery of a quality first version, adjustments to the layout may be made according to my new requests. These corrections will be paid separately at an agreed hourly rate or for fixed packages of revisions. Please indicate two prices in your response: the cost of the First Stage and your hourly rate (or the cost of one round of revisions) for the Second Stage. What I provide: 1. Plan in pdf and old dwg with dimensions of the house and rooms before modifications 2. Link to SketchUp for the current layout project or export of this file. 3. Thicknesses and materials of walls. Standards for rounding (what openings are needed for doors, thickness of kitchen countertops, etc.). Technical requirements for DWG: AutoCAD version no higher than 2018/2020. Drafting strictly in "Model" at a scale of 1:1. Ideal layer hygiene: axes, walls, dimensions, furniture, text - all on strictly separate and clearly named layers. No garbage or broken blocks.

Я спрашиваю, набор каких креслень? Раздел какой? Креслення бывают разные. Само по себе слово "креслення" висит в воздухе, пока нет уточнения по разделу.
Также в задании написано, что "бажано". Т.е., я понимаю, что рассматривается вариант разработки с нуля?

Связи подбирают не по практическому опыту, а по гибкости. Подобрать то можно, но чертежи и узлы нужны, иначе это будет отсебятина.

Это будет более универсальный вариант для Вас так как можно учитать длину и точные габариты вашего ангара.

Обыкновенный расчет в Роботе или СКАДе с предоставлением схемы и подобранных сечений займет у меня, на те 4ри варианты, ну максимум 3 часа. За 3 часа 1000 грн это хорошие деньги. А то что я инженер не делает меня каким то особенным. Я хочу просто помочь человеку...и думаю я в праве решать сколько мое время стоит. Еще я нечистый фрилансе, я еще работаю на простой работе. Что за убеждение, если ты инженер то должен с заказчика сдирать последнюю рубаху? Потом такие как Двутавр загонят цену, что заказчик подумает та лучше я сам сделаю. Насмотрится видео на ютубе и сам будет делать не у читал доп.нагрузок, какого то раскрипления и все упало. Инженера - мы единственные меняем мир. Не стоматолог, уборщик, художник а именно инженер, строит все что нас окружает. Так будьте Вы благосклонны помочь человеку за мешок картошки, ведь завтра этот мешок станет горой золота. Задумайтесь....

Taras Darmoroz 10 May 2019Маю деякі напрацювання по ангару прольотом 18 м і висотою 9.7 м (колись робив вузли по ньому на субпідряді в колеги). Всього проекту не маю. З того що є: типова рама з вузлами по ній, а також розрахункова схема в СКАД. Якщо вам для прикладу щось потрібно. Об'єкт був десь в Київській області.
