Which vacancy has the cheapest and highest quality lead. Where the budget is wasted and which connections need to be scaled. Launching ads and initial filtering of candidates: Setting up short questionnaires/filters (1–2 mandatory questions: location in Poland, documents, readiness to start work). Strict filter: if a person does not meet the criteria, they cannot submit an application — this protects the budget from leaks and recruiters from spam. Optimizing ads for target candidates (CPL / Qualified Lead). Creating AI creatives and packaging pages: Organizing and designing profiles on Facebook and Instagram. Generating attractive banners and videos through artificial intelligence (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) for each specific vacancy. Writing clear offers with transparent working conditions.
