Молодая веб-студия приглашает к себе в команду менеджеров по продаже!
Для длительной и плодотворной работы ищем менеджеров по продажам услуг веб-студии (разработка сайтов, разработка приложений, SMM-продвижение).
Условия работы и система оплаты труда:
- На данный момент только % от продаж (по сколько студия только вышла на официальный уровень, в будущем будет и ставка);
- План на испытательный срок - минимум 3 продажи в месяц;
- Работа сначала на удаленке потом в офисе с 10:00 до 18:00 (ближайшее время планируется офис).
Критерии к соискателю:
- Опыт в продажах (желательно);
- Амбициозность и желание зарабатывать;
- Инициативность и находчивость в подходах к решению поставленной задачи;
- Опрятный внешний вид (без фанатизма);
- Хорошо поставленная речь и коммуникативные навыки;
- Позитивный и оптимистический взгляд на жизнь и работу;
- Умение работать в команде;
- Понимание основ веб-разработки и интернет рекламы;
- Умение совершать холодные звонки.
Вам предстоит выполнять следующие функции:
- Коммуникации с потенциальными и действующими клиентами;
- Проведение встреч, активное участие в подготовке и презентации предложений;
- Ведение документации, клиентской базы, заключение договоров.
