Проект связан с тематикой здоровья(не бады и тд, а физ.упражнения). Заявки есть, есть автовебинар, по которым приходят теплые лиды, надо просто позвонить и продать. Есть определенная система мотивации, которая зависит от количества и суммы продаж, но для звезд по продажам готовы обсуждать индивидуально.
График работы с 8 до 18. Первые 30-60 минут работы(начало дня) занимает утренняя встреча с руководителем и коллегами.
Наша норма по звонкам - 50 шт. Норма продажам - 1 продажа в день. Это средний показатель. Если будет получаться больше - мы только за. СРЕДНИЙ уровень зп 25 000 р.(10 000-11 000 грн.)
