Responsibilities:
• Be responsible.
• Do cold emailing.
• Communicate with clients.
Payment conditions:
• For the first time (only the first month is planned) the payment is commission-based: 20% of the net profit from each attracted client is yours.
You will be doing cold emailing (a ready-made client database will be provided). In addition to the database, you will search for and contact active clients in tg, vk, etc.
• Upon successful completion of the plan in the first month, transition to a fixed salary + 5% of the profit.
You may not even have experience; we will conduct a brief training that will be sufficient to get started.

Task: • Find 100–150 contacts of decision-makers (not general company numbers, but personal contacts with direct phone numbers) • First contact with potential client: email and/or calls • Record results and statuses in CRM Requirements: • Experience in B2B lead generation and cold contacts (email, calls) • Proficient in English or German • Independence, systematic approach to work, regular reporting
We are looking for a specialist with experience in the industrial, construction, or technical B2B sector, who has practical experience in cold lead generation and independently organizes the client search process. Within the project, it is necessary to: find potential clients (general contractors, HVAC integrators, manufacturers of metal structures, metal surface treatment companies); collect contacts of responsible persons; make initial contact via email and cold calls; qualify leads and pass on potentially interested clients; maintain a contact database in CRM (TeamSale) or transfer it in an agreed format. Task: Process a data table that already contains 100 companies. Work for 2-3 weeks with a workload of 2-4 hours (via Safe). Experience working with companies in the industrial sector and understanding the specifics of contracting and construction projects in EU countries will be an advantage.
Call 300 contacts and offer job vacancies, then refer them for an interview. The vacancies are in production, and we provide reservations. 500 UAH per person who reaches employment. It’s best if you are located in Lviv; I can provide a separate office.
