We are looking for a specialist or company to set up the Asana platform according to the needs of our company. Our goal is to optimize business processes, implement a convenient project structure, build reporting, and use Asana's features for maximum work efficiency.
The tasks include:
1. Setting up business processes and structure: Development and configuration of business processes so that all departments and teams work synchronously. Creating an optimal work structure in Asana that takes into account the specifics of our company.
2. Working with projects and reporting: Setting up and automating project work, developing templates and reports that will allow monitoring the progress and effectiveness of the team.
3. Individual settings and life hacks: Implementing effective tools, features, and life hacks in Asana that will save time and improve work organization.
4. Consultations and training: Conducting consultations for the team on the optimal use of Asana's functionality. The possibility of both a one-time consultation and comprehensive platform setup is needed.
Requirements for the performer:
• Experience working with Asana and setting up business processes on this platform.
• Real cases of successful implementation of Asana for medium and large companies.
• Willingness to provide examples of successful projects or recommendations from previous clients.
• Preferably (but not necessarily) experience working with European companies or fluent English.
Work format:
We will consider both options for cooperation with freelance specialists and with companies that provide integration and business process setup services in Asana.
