In my understanding, normal "management" of advertising by a direct marketer means changes in the advertising campaign initiated by him.
Hypotheses that the direct marketer initiates and comes up with to change, banner replacements, headline changes, reconfigurations - to test the result.
There were no reconfigurations of the campaign or banner replacements (there were changes when the direct marketer mistakenly put the wrong links in the ad, which was forced. And at the end, changing the links when the campaign ended, at my request).
But after a week of the campaign, at my request, "Let's try to change something, it's not working" - the response was "let's wait a bit longer, the campaign is learning."
Although the first setup did not work very well.
The specialist probably has his own view of the situation.
Perhaps the ideal option for him would be for me to come up with the headlines, banners, and structure of the campaign myself, and without wasting time, just mechanically replace everything.
Then it would have been necessary to warn about this before starting the work - but I consider this unacceptable.
