1. Goal: Configure and optimize the HelpCrunch chat to enhance customer interaction.
2. Tasks:
- Chat design: Configure colors, fonts, and logo according to the website style.
- Automated messages: Set up welcome, offline messages, and pop-up messages.
- Pop-up messages: Establish triggers for the appearance of pop-up messages that will attract users' attention (for example, after 30 seconds on the page).
- Other settings: Will be provided in further correspondence.
- CRM integration: Automate the transfer of leads and data to the CRM.
- Chat working hours: Set the chat working schedule and messages during non-working hours.
- Contact collection: Configure the collection of emails and phone numbers before starting the chat.
