Task Description The company ProHoreca sells packaging and consumables for cafes, restaurants, and the food business. There are two sales directions: Incoming orders from advertising and the website (quick closure in 1–2 touches). HoReCa, restaurants, and chains (long cycle, repeat purchases). It is necessary to set up Salesdrive + ManyChat so that applications automatically go into the CRM and are distributed across two different sales funnels, without manual sorting by the manager. What needs to be done: Create two independent funnels in Salesdrive: for incoming and for HoReCa/chains. Set up the client card: source, client type, city, volume, products, objections, next step. Set up automations: reminders, follow-up after the invoice, control of repeat purchases, notifications for stalled deals. Integrate ManyChat → Salesdrive with data and tag transfer. Set up client segmentation in the bot. Prepare short working scenarios for managers: — Quick closure of incoming orders. — Selling HoReCa with the identification of the decision-maker and a test delivery. Expected result: Applications are not lost, automatically distributed across funnels, the manager always sees the next step, control of conversion and repeat purchases appears. The sales department works structurally, without chaotic actions. Requirements for the performer: Experience in setting up Salesdrive is mandatory. Experience in integrating ManyChat is mandatory. Understanding of sales logic and funnels. Ability to create working scenarios, not "simple scripts".
