Да вот в принципе в задании и весь функционал)
Человек скачал программу с сайта моего. Программа висит в трее, правой кнопкой по иконке вызывается меню (скрин). Думаю по пунктам все понятно.
По указанному в настройках времени высвечиваются картинки (размер картинки в процентном соотношении к разрешению экрана в идеале) - небольшого размера по умолчанию в правом нижнем углу экрана (как раньше было сообщение из ICQ или QIP) и через 3 сек пропадает само. Хорошо, если будет звук уведомления. Хорошо, если можно будет это уведомление подвинуть мышкой и оно запомнит положение на экране, куда его поставили, и в будущем будет выводиться там.
