There are difficulties in keeping track of sales, so I need help. I am currently working in Excel, which is not very convenient.
It's a startup business, with 8-11 orders a day.
Maybe there is a good application or website that can solve my issue) I have tested various accounting websites, and none of them worked for me :( they are either not very clear or just inconvenient.
What do I need?
1. Keep track of supplies (when the purchase was made, what expenses were incurred, what was bought and in what quantity)
2. Keep track of sales (be able to monitor sales and know which client I sold to)
3. Statistics (number of sales per day, per month, what the turnover is, what the profit is, what the stock of goods is)
4. Be able to keep track of regular clients (calculate discounts, bonuses, monitor the number of orders from a specific client, enter client data)
In principle, I would be happy with any suggestions The main thing is that it should be easy and clear.
Please indicate the cost of your services right away.
I will also mention that I am not counting on a budget of $300 or more. Why? The business is small, and it doesn't make sense to spend a large amount on accounting. Later, it can be done.
