Exchange 1C/BAS SmallBusiness (UNF) and KeyCRM
It is necessary to implement data exchange between 1C/BAS Small Business (UNF) and KeyCRM:
- the exchange is performed on a schedule
- categories, products, and characteristics are exported from BAS MB
- prices for products (by different types of prices) and product stocks (by different warehouses) are exported from BAS MB
- customer orders, customers (from customer orders), and statuses of customer orders are exported from KeyCRM
- when the statuses of customer orders change, expense invoices or returns from customers or cash (bank) receipts are automatically created in BAS MB, as well as reverse exchange
- when the status of a customer order is set to "drop-shipping," a supplier order is automatically created in BAS MB, followed by a receipt invoice and an expense invoice to the customer
Необходимо реализовать обмен данными между 1С/BAS МалыйБизнес (УНФ) и KeyCRM:
- обмен выполняется по расписанию
- из BAS МБ выгружаются категории, товары и характеристики
- из BAS МБ выгружаются цены на товары (по разным видам цен), остатки товаров (по разным складам)
- из KeyCRM выгружаются заказы покупателей, покупатели (из заказов покупателей), статусы заказов покупателей
- при изменении статусов заказов покупателей автоматически создаются в BAS МБ расходные накладные или возвраты от покупателей или поступления в кассу (банк), а также обратный обмен
- при установке статуса заказа покупателя "дроп-шиппинг" автоматически создаются в BAS МБ заказ поставщику, позднее приходная накладная и расходная накладная покупателю
