Организовать программу лояльности в Bitrix24
Нужно грамотно организовать программу лояльности клиентов нашего интернет-магазина в Bitrix24.
Цель:
- Учет накопительной скидки (бонуса), которая растет после каждой покупки
- Насчитывать бонус 5% от цены и отображать его в сделках.
- Все бонусы от каждой успешной сделки должны суммироваться.
- Бонусы действительны 6 месяцев, потом сгорают.
- Клиентам должны автоматически долетать смс сообщения с балансом их бонусов после совершения успешной сделки и за несколько дней до истечения действия.
