These details include:

- Departure address (text)
- Departure time (text)
Currently, all details are sent to passengers manually to their phone number in messengers.
99% of communication and records with passengers occur in messengers - Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram (the ratio of messages in each messenger is almost the same)
We need to speed up the process and automate it.
