Hello! I understand the task: to collect 3,000–5,000 relevant contacts of construction companies in Poland with the filter "Ukrainian origin," without duplicates and junk, in Google Sheets/Excel.
How I will do it (approach):
1. Sources: CEIDG/KRS + private directories (with source documentation for each entry).
2. Collection: automated scraping/parsing, normalization of fields (NIP/REGON, addresses, cities/voivodeships, website, phones, email).
3. Deduplication: by NIP/REGON, website domain, phone + fuzzy match of the name.
4. Validation "without junk":
email verification (format + MX),
phone cleaning (E.164),
filtering out aggregators/non-target pages.
5. Determining "Ukrainian origin": combined scoring:
owners/representatives in KRS (full name/citizenship if available),
Ukrainian language on the website/social media,
keywords "ukraiński/ukraińska brygada/бригада",
Ukrainian contacts/social media,
a separate field "reason/indicator" to clearly show why the entry was included in the selection.
6. Result: Google Sheets with clear columns + "source_url" + "confidence_score" + "notes".
Before starting, I will clarify: do we accept "likely Ukrainian" (based on scoring), or only "confirmed KRS/CEIDG"? I can first create a test sample of 100–200 contacts to agree on quality, after which we will scale up to 3,000–5,000.
