I can gather such a database using 4 search methods.
1. Telegram User API allows me to extract people from groups based on keywords and also filter out bots; I can also obtain phone numbers if they are public.
2. Browser automation for searching Telegram, collecting thematic groups based on keywords, and then extracting contacts of these people from groups through Telegram User API.
3. Searching for people and thematic groups through Google search queries, specifically to find Telegram groups and then extract data about people from them.

4. Searching through posts in thematic channels, if they exist, and extracting information from the text of the posts. Or if a message is forwarded directly from a chat, then extracting information about the direct profile.

Basically, data can be collected from Telegram groups only from people who have sent at least one message in that group; for channels where you are not an admin, you cannot collect data about channel subscribers, and even if you are an admin, it is still impossible to collect all data due to Telegram's restrictions on channels.

I can easily store the data in Excel tables.

I don't know how to calculate this properly; we can agree on payment for the collected contacts, for example, one contact for 10 UAH, something like that.
