1. It is necessary to carry out a full transition from KeyCRM to SalesDrive while maintaining the logic of business operations, automations, and integrations.
The project is executed turnkey: from data transfer to the launch and testing of all processes.
We are looking for a performer with experience in similar tasks!

• Currently using KeyCRM
• CRM is actively used for:
• product catalog
• inventory accounting
• order processing
• integrations with delivery and payments
• Number of products: up to 500 SKUs
• Working with Nova Poshta
• There are automations for status changes, inventory write-offs, customer notifications

To transition to SalesDrive without data loss and with full preservation of:
• product catalog
• stock balances
• order logic
• automations
• integrations
After completion — the CRM must be fully ready for operation.
4. Mandatory tasks
4.1 Data transfer
• Transfer of product catalog (up to 500 items):

• Transfer of clients
4.2 Warehouse setup
• Creation of warehouses
• Correct accounting of balances
• Automatic write-off of products when:
• order status changes
• Product return to warehouse upon cancellation / return
4.3 Integration with Nova Poshta
• Creation of TTH from CRM
• Auto-filling of client data
• Receiving delivery statuses
• Linking NP statuses ↔ order statuses in CRM
4.4 Order automation
Set up automatic logic:
• order status changes
• product write-offs
• product returns
• automatic actions when:
• new order

4.5 Notifications and mailings

7. Requirements for the performer
Mandatory:

• experience integrating Nova Poshta
• experience in setting up payments and fiscalization
