It is necessary to set up the ability to select the individual entrepreneur, their account to which the funds will be received, for which we will generate these documents, as well as the payer's data (individual or legal entity).
Import all orders from CRM Sales Drive to the new CRM (Product names, cost price, sales amount, contacts, order formation date, Nova Poshta waybill…).
It is necessary to set up automatic updating of the assortment from the website to the CRM (availability, prices, products…).
Sending orders via drop:
We need to automate the process of sending data to suppliers we work with about drops.
We received from the supplier a list of goods that were delivered on order or were in production.
How we see this process:
For these orders, we manually set the status to “Ready for shipment”, and thanks to the configured triggers, information is sent to the Telegram group with the data, an example screenshot is below (screenshot below).
We also need to create in the CRM the ability to specify another recipient, as the website functionality does not have such an option. Sometimes an order is placed by an individual who requests to change the recipient's details to another person or institution.

Working with leads.
Important: Set up work with finances, how much the business earns, what expenses and for what, mutual settlements with suppliers and other indicators… (we considered integration with Finmap).
How our drop process looks like:
For example: The order amount is 10,000 UAH.
We received a deposit of 1,000 UAH to our own account.
The supplier ships via drop in their name and receives payment on delivery.
On the sale of this item, we earn 2,000 UAH, and we have already received 1,000 UAH deposit to our own account.
It is necessary to set up accounting so that it is clear how much the supplier owes us, what amounts are left in which accounts, etc.).
We need to have financial accounting as simple and clear as possible.
Calculation of managers' salaries (this functionality may be present in the CRM, if not, then perhaps it can be implemented through third-party services, for example, Looker...)
