What exactly has to be done?You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid campaigns. This includes:
Strategy & Execution: Planning and running full-funnel campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Optimization: Daily management of budget pacing, maximizing ROAS, and reducing CAC.
Technical Setup: Handling GA4 events, GTM tracking, and troubleshooting independently.
Reporting: Providing clear weekly updates with strategic insights.
What is the target audience?Our clients are strictly B2B companies targeting decision-makers in the Technology, Finance, and Service sectors.
What criteria will be used to evaluate the result?We value autonomy and efficiency. Success is measured by:
Campaign Performance: Improvements in CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS.
Ownership: Your ability to identify and fix issues without constant guidance.
Communication: Clear, proactive updates and fluent English proficiency.
Requirements:
Fluent/Native English is mandatory.
3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B Lead Gen (No e-commerce focus).
Expertise in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
