Какое отношение "продвижение" имеет к вашим хотелкам продажника, который должен делать вам продажи?
Разберитесь сначала с тем, кто чем занимается и кто за что отвечает. Продажник, это никак не seo специалист, есть вопросы/аргументы в данном утверждении?
Вы свою систему, можете попытаться адаптировать хоть к банкирам, которые (по вашим словам) "должны" сделать всё что бы у вас были продажи, вот только суть в реальном положении вещей это не поменяет.
Если вы ищите продажника, тогда делайте проект для проджаников, а не сеошников которые не отвечают и не занимаются продажами.
Если вы "платите деньги" это не значит что вы можете управлять людьми и общаться в таком тоне, подумайте над этим, тогда может и специалистов найдете и вам ещё более подробно объяснят в чём вы не правы. -
