There is a company, a marketing agency that has been operating since 2007 and is currently undergoing a repositioning process in the market and in search of new employees.
Situation: the company collaborates with contractors for advertising setup through Google and Instagram, currently there is no in-house marketer.
Issues: for 2 months, it has been difficult to set up a candidate flow through the HRM system to obtain quality marketing analytics and from the HR department. Despite over 1000 inquiries from the advertising campaign, only about 120 interviews are conducted per month in practice. The funnel is not automated, and the current contractors do not understand how to set up and streamline the process.
Task:
1. Conduct an audit of Instagram and Google campaigns;
2. Develop your proposal for campaign behavior and other "hanging aspects" that will be identified during the audit.
It is necessary to understand where the problem of losing a large number of people may lie, analyze the campaign funnel, and identify possible ways to create comprehensive analytics. This is crucial.
In case of identifying critical errors and shortcomings, we would gladly consider changing contractors in favor of the team/freelancer who conducted the audit.
