It is necessary to conduct diagnostics and eliminate the cause of the unstable operation of BAF / 1C.
We have the following infrastructure:
— Windows Server for RDP access for users;
— on this same server, MSSQL Server is deployed (separate).
The database is quite large — over 400 GB.
Recently, we have been observing systemic problems in operation (freezes, connection errors, instability).
The current support team has not been able to identify the cause. Please note that basic and partially in-depth diagnostics have already been performed, but the problem remains unresolved.

We are looking for specialists with practical experience in similar cases (1C/BAF + MSSQL + RDP environment) who can:
— conduct in-depth diagnostics;
— find the root cause;
— propose and implement solutions for stable system operation.
