1. I will gather a list of competitors and create a preliminary structure for the competitor analysis in Google Sheets, taking into account all your requests that you listed, plus adding those points that I consider relevant in this case.
2. Next, we will agree on the structure and final price, as it will depend on the number of competitors and the depth of the analysis.
