Based on your technical specifications, I understand the task as follows: auto-dialing a cold database with a voice bot according to a script, branching via DTMF (1 — interested, 9 — stop list), after pressing 1, sending an SMS to the client with the commercial proposal and access, and simultaneously sending the lead to me in Telegram or a spreadsheet. No proprietary platform or software on the client's side, only the final result in the form of leads.

Regarding my experience: a voice AI assistant through telephony in production (a system released for veterinary clinics: incoming calls, script logic, NLU, RAG search in the database, selection of correct actions according to the scenario). I built everything from architecture to release myself. Technologies — Python, ASR, LLM as orchestrator, telephony via SIP, integration with CRM and Telegram for event transmission.

For the workflow, I am ready to handle everything turnkey. I choose the stack based on the volume and geolocation of the database: if up to a thousand numbers per day and Ukraine or the CIS, it’s cheaper to use a ready-made auto-dialing service with DTMF (Voximplant, UIS, Bingoip, Twilio with pay-as-you-go) plus our wrapper for sending SMS and routing leads. If the volume is larger or a smart scenario is needed (dialogue instead of DTMF buttons) — we build a pipeline based on ASR plus LLM plus TTS for live dialogue, which is more expensive at the start but cheaper in operation.

To provide an exact figure and timeline, it is critical for me to know: what is the volume of the database and how many calls per day we are launching, what is the geolocation of the numbers (determines the cost per minute), whether a simple DTMF scenario will suffice or if a live dialogue is needed. For timelines, launching the DTMF scheme takes 5-7 days turnkey with testing on a pilot sample.

For lead transmission, the simplest way is a Telegram channel plus Google Sheet, both working in parallel. If there is your own CRM (Bitrix, AmoCRM, HubSpot, Zoho) — I will set up direct integration. I maintain the stop list in the same spreadsheet so you can edit it manually.
