Рамочний фільтр-прес
Фільтр-прес — апарат для зневоднення фільтруванням тонкозернистих шламистих пульп з незначним вмістом твердих частинок.
Технічне завдання
1. Розробити конструкторську документацію на рамочний фільтр-прес. Принципову конструкцію (Див. додаток 1);
2. Кількість моделей – 3 шт.;
Продуктивність 1-шої моделі – 2 м3/за один цикл.
Продуктивність 2-гої моделі – 5 м3/за один цикл.
Продуктивність 3-ї моделі – 10 м3/за один цикл.
Тривалість циклу додатково розрахувати!!! Цикл вважається закінченим по повному забиттю осадом рамок фільтр-преса, та його просушки.
3. Характеристика осаду, що подається на фільтр-прес:
Вологість – 97-98,5 %;
Склад осаду – флотошлам після Флотаційної установки;
4. Вологість осаду після фільтр-пресу – 72-76 %.
5. Система затискання рамок: по замовченню ручна з можливістю заміни на пневматичну, або електричну (як опція).
6. Комплектація фільтр-пресу (склад КД):
- рама-фільтр-пресу;
- візок для зневодненого осаду;
- піддон для відведення фільтрату;
- збірний жолоб фільтрату;
- фільтрувальні рамки;
- фільтрувальна тканина;
- система затискання рамок;
- система просушування осаду в рамках;
- пристрій контролю наповнення рамок фільтр-преса з елементом захисту від вібрацій.
