Ну а как вы собираетесь работать без тайминга? Это же очевидно, что если вы какой-то кусочек с 8й минуты переносите на 23ю, то вы обязаны это указать и написать почему эту часть нужно поставить на другую минуту.

я не собираюсь работать, тем более не обязана вам ничего)
хотя по сути я именно тот, кто вам нужен - топовый редактор и транскрибатор в одном лице. Вы разместили проект работы с аудио в текстовой (редакторской) ветке. И совершенно непонятно по вашему ТЗ, что вы хотите получить на выходе без текста как такового и зачем, переписать аудио? Или чтобы слушатель скакал по таймингу, размещенному под аудиокнигой? В любом случае, по хорошему, нужно делать транскрибацию, ибо удержать в голове 3,5 часовой объем текста при одноразовом прослушивании мягко говоря сложно. Транскрибация такого объема стоит 2 тысячи грн. Плюс работа по структуризации. Это минимум 2,5 тыс. Так чтобы уважающий себя исполнитель взялся. Но таких мало)

Добрый день, интересно ваше задание, но не хочется облажаться при исполнении, потому есть несколько вопросов:
1. В каком виде вы присылаете аудио книгу?(она уже разбита на главы? Одним куском аудио или там их 35?)
2. В каком виде вы хотите видеть результат?
3. Вы же понимаете, что каждому по разному воспринимается легкость в такой теме? Готовы ли отдать человеку это на работу?( возможно стоить в тз указать хотя бы желаемую структуру, вам как автору это виднее, скорее всего.)
