Реконструкция частного дома
Надо сделать проект реконструкции (достройки) частного дома.
Есть двухэтажный дом (точнее пол-дома) 76 кв. м , 3 жилых комнаты, прихожая, душевая, возле дома - погреб (вход в погреб из дома) - см. эскиз в приложенном файле.
Надо достроить:
1. кухню с выходом на террасу
2. второй санузел
3. жилую комнату (на втором этаже достраиваемой части)
4. котельную с отдельным входом (котел и дымоход можно переносить)
Пожелания:
1. Учесть существующие инженерные сооружения - водопровод, канализация (слив находится в ванной, на плане - под лестницей), отопление - твердотопливный котел ( котел и дымоход можно перенести).
2. Погреб - желательно сохранить, но не критично. Погреб требует капитальной реконструкции (планирую использовать только яму - стены и перекрытие заливать надо новые, т. к. существующие - в плачевном состоянии)
3. Проект надо подготовить так, чтобы можно было подавать на узаконивание реконструкции (кастати то что уже построено (изображено на эскизе) отличается от того, что есть по документам.
4. Хотелось бы по-документам чтобы было две отдельные квартиры.
