CRM Development

I am looking for a specialist to develop a CRM system.
The basis will be the open platform Vtiger CRM, which needs to be refined according to business processes. Also, installation and adaptation of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, integrated with the CRM, are required.
The goal of the project is to optimize project management, control employee working hours, and track the stages of order fulfillment.

Main requirements for the CRM system

Control of roofers' working hours

• Registration of the start and end of each employee's working day.

• Recording of start and finish times.

• Integration with geolocation: determining the employee's location at the time of marking (via mobile application).

• Ability to view data for each employee by day, week, or month.

Project planning control

• Creation of a checklist of tasks to be completed before the project starts (e.g., purchasing materials, agreeing with the client, preparing equipment).

• Marking the status of each task (completed/not completed).

• Notifying responsible persons about unfinished preparation stages.

Integration of the list of building materials

Control of project stages

• Project management by the following stages:

  • Lead (potential client).

  • Proposal (agreement on terms, estimate).

  • Workflow (execution of works).

  • Completion (handover of the project).

• Ability to manually or automatically transfer the project from one stage to another (based on specified conditions).

• Displaying the current status of each project in the general list.

Visualization of projects in the calendar

• Integration of the calendar displaying all projects by dates.

• Color coding of project stages (e.g., green - completed, yellow - in progress, red - overdue).

• Ability to filter projects by employees, dates, or statuses.

Attachment of media files

• For each project, provide the ability to upload photos and videos (e.g., stages of work execution, final result).

• Storage of files in the CRM linked to a specific project.

• Viewing and downloading media files through the web interface and mobile applications.

Technical requirements

• System base: We use Vtiger CRM as the foundation. Customization of modules and interface according to the above requirements is necessary.

• Mobile clients:

  • Support for offline mode with data synchronization when connected to the internet.

  • Integration with device geolocation to record the location of employees.
