Good day, regarding photorealism and constant model modification, I can implement such a project, but there are two options and several nuances.
Options:
1) I will do the project for you and then we will cooperate
2) I will do the project for you and separately teach you basic polygon manipulation using Blender and the proportional polygon selection tool.
Nuances:
1) Realism. I will divide it into modeling realism and texturing. Starting with the second option, I will not create a super realistic model, as without 3D modeling skills, you will get lost in the polygonal mesh, and if you delete too many polygons, it will be difficult for you to stitch them back. Realistic textures can be achieved here, but not hyper-realism, as it requires more manual work, and I will create procedural materials for you (which can be easily modified).
2) Regarding the first option, it is possible, but you need to understand that it will involve more ongoing cooperation and you will need to move the project to the job section, as long-term cooperation on one project is prohibited by the service rules.
