If we do it officially (WABA): We use your MAIN number. It won't be blocked, as we register templates through Meta. Clients will see a familiar brand, not a no-name number.
If you want to save money ("gray method"): Yes, then STRICTLY a new number. But keep in mind: conversion will be lower, as clients may not recognize the new number and may hesitate to buy a tour. I recommend the first option.
Message chains: We create a cascading mailing of 3 touches (not one blanket message):
Message 1: Greeting + "How was your last trip to Georgia?" + Teaser for Armenia (with a button "I want to know").
Message 2 (after 24 hours for those who did not click): Offer with the tour program and dates + addressing pain points.
Message 3: Deadline or special offer for "our own."
Additional tools (Bot): We must implement a chatbot with buttons: "View program," "Prices," "Dates," "Contact manager." This will relieve your managers — they will only communicate with those who clicked "I want to buy."
Cost and timelines: Turnkey setup (WABA + Mini-bot + Launch): $150 - $200. (Official dialogues in WhatsApp are paid separately directly to Meta). Timelines: 3-4 days.
