This is an example of a template in the video that needs to be copied, but with some modifications and unnecessary elements removed

The video provides an overview of a table for managing classic finances, and I need to modify this template for accounting stock accounts, earnings, expenses, and fund transfers using several tables and relationships between them.

Technical task for creating a finance accounting template in Notion

1. General Information

• Project Name: Template for accounting finances and income on stock accounts
• Goal: Create a convenient tool for tracking balances, income, and fund transfers between different accounts on cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Exchanges: Binance, Bybit, Bitget

2. Template Structure

Table "Exchanges"

This table will contain general data about the exchanges where the accounts are located.

Fields:

• Exchange Name: Binance, Bybit, Bitget
• Exchange Type: Cryptocurrency
• Notes: Comments or additional details regarding the exchange.

Table "Accounts"

This table displays all accounts on each exchange, including current balances and fund movements.

Fields:

• Account Name: For example, "Bybit 1 🦄", "Bitget 3 🦄", etc.
• Exchange: Link to the "Exchanges" table.
• Initial Balance: Initial amount in the account in USDT.
• Current Balance: Formula or field for entering the actual balance after accounting for all transactions.
• Currency: USDT
• Notes: Additional comments for the account.

Table "Transactions"

Table for accounting all financial movements between accounts and other operations.

Fields:

• Transaction Date: Date of the transaction.
• Sender Account: Account from which the funds were transferred.
• Recipient Account: Account to which the funds were transferred (or a note that the funds were withdrawn).
• Amount: Amount of the transferred currency.
• Currency: USDT
• Transaction Type: Transfer, Deposit, Withdrawal.
• Notes: Additional comments regarding the transaction.

Table "Earnings"

Table for tracking income on each account.

Fields:

• Date: Date of income receipt.
• Account: Account on which the income was earned.
• Amount: Amount of earnings.
• Currency: USDT
• Source of Income: Brief description of the source of income (e.g., trading, staking).
• Notes: Additional details regarding the income.

3. Functional Requirements

• Formulas: Include automatic calculation of the current balance for each account, which will take into account all entered transactions and earnings.
• Filters: Ability to filter transactions by type, date, account.
• Sorting: Sorting of income and transactions by date or amount.
• Dashboard: Visualization of total balance, income, and recent transactions.

4. Design and Usability

• Intuitive Interface: Ease of navigation between tables and viewing data.
• Icon Display: Use of icons for accounts (e.g., 🦄, 🐬, 🦉) for more visual representation.
• Additional Fields: Add a "Notes" field for each table to store important information or comments.
