Розглядав варіанти підключення зсувного регістру або мультплексора.
А просте з'єднання всіх клавіш через резистори різного номіналу розглядали?
Тоді буде потрібен лише один аналоговий вхід Nano, щоб розуміти, яку клавішу натиснули.
