We are looking for an assistant to help with processing immigration visas to the USA
We are seeking a responsible person to assist our team in handling immigration cases for clients from Ukraine. The job involves filling out forms, communicating with clients via email, collecting and submitting documents for translation.
Conditions:
The work is fully remote from 17:00 to 21:00.
The main task is to obtain necessary information from the client (full name, addresses of residence and employment over the last 5 years, education, etc.) and transfer it into immigration forms.
After filling out the forms — request additional documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.), determine which of them require translation, and pass them to the translator.
Requirements:
Ukrainian language — native. If you do not speak Ukrainian, please do not apply. Most of our clients are from Western Ukraine.
Fluent in English. The majority of clients communicate in English, so you must be able to conduct professional email correspondence.
Willingness to start working on the task within 1 hour of receiving it.
Constant availability on Skype or Google Hangouts during the working day.
Fast internet and a quiet place for online meetings (once a day). We do not use phone calls. If you do not have suitable conditions, do not apply.
Experience with translations is preferred.
Attention to deadlines. You need to remind clients and us about important dates on time.
Payment:
Work volume varies: sometimes 10 hours per week, sometimes a full 5 days
To ensure stability, we offer a fixed payment — $600.00 per month, even during periods of low workload.
We value diligence and initiative. Over the past 6 months, our employee earned over $1000 additionally to the base salary for successful case completions.
