About the project:
Our team is engaged in the development of mini-courses on the operation and installation of solar power systems:
- to help people become more energy independent
- to assist in installing solar systems without specialists and save money.
The course is created in the format of small videos that can help quickly understand the material.
The speaker of the course:
- A specialist with over 5 years of experience in the field of solar energy,
- A certified solar system design engineer
- A participant in over 200 solar system installation projects of various capacities.
Requirements:
- Successful cases of launching Meta advertising campaigns with a budget of at least 50k UAH per month.
- Practical cases of scaling educational products.
- Ability to work with end-to-end analytics
- Setting up Zapier or similar tools
Scope of work:
1. Working with various lead generation strategies (messenger, chatbots, landing pages, etc.)
2. Creating and setting up an advertising account.
3. Developing creatives (photos and videos) and texts for advertising.
4. Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns.
5. Analytics and reporting.
Terms of cooperation:
- Quick project launch (up to 5 days).
- Advertising test period - from 14 days.
- Payment: 50% advance, 50% after completion of work.
- Mandatory regular reporting on work stages.
- Twice a week 15-minute calls in the format: report + tasks.
Work process:
1. Filling out the brief - Client
2. Visualizing the strategy in Miro - Specialist.
3. Creating creatives - Specialist.
4. Approving creatives and designs before launch - Client.
5. Setting up the Facebook account, creating a group with visuals (if necessary) - Specialist.
6. Approving texts and creatives before publication - Client
7. Setting up UTM tags, analytics, Facebook Pixel - Specialist.
8. Providing access to advertising accounts and CRM for analytics - Client and Specialist.
Expected results:
- ROAS from 1:3, preferably 1:5
- Working with a budget of at least 40k UAH per month
- Improving conversion rates for lead/payment
- Reducing customer acquisition costs.

Test task:
1) Visualization in Miro of lead generation for the course.
2) Creating 3-5 banners as design examples (preferably 1 video).
3) Describe the goals you plan to achieve in a week with a budget of 10K UAH while adhering to the criteria described above.
