2. Motivation can be created through the development and implementation of a grading system.
3. The adaptation program is written for a position or a group of positions, and then it is further adjusted for a specific candidate. Or in a cascading manner: an adaptation program that each employee must go through, adaptation by departments, adaptation to a specific position.
Of course, the cost of services should also be discussed separately for each task. This is not a month-long engagement, no matter what anyone promises you.
